SOURCES OF CARBOHYDRATES
Easy and fast ways of adding carbohydrates to our diet:
- Packages of whole cereals that we can cook in the microwave: cous cous, quinoa, rice, bulgur and corn
- Legumes and products made out of them like pastas or hummus
- Packages of potatoes that can be cooked in the microwave
- You can also cook the sweet potato in the microwave if you leave it for 8 to 10 minutes
- Whole wheat bread
