Si buscas cambios duraderos en tu cuerpo que no tengan fecha de caducidad necesariamente tienes que dejarte de dietas y cambiar tus hábitos.

DIET VS CHANGE OF HABITS
If you are looking for a long lasting change in your body, you need to stop doing diets and start changing your habits.
-are only focused in losing weight in the short term
-are for a limited period of time
-make you think it’s all over whenever you eat something else that it isn’t in the plan
-make you compare with the rest of the people
-are based in radical changes
On the other hand, if you change you habits…
-you will lose weight and you will also invest in your health for the rest of your life
-you won’t need to be perfect all of the days
-you will start little by little without changing everything the first day
-you will compare with your past version and therefore, you will feel proud of who you are becoming.
