THE ATTITUDE MATTERS
You can always choose the way that you want to confront your obstacles. You can choose to be responsible (I feel I can change something and I do something about it):
- “I’ll do it”
- “I can improve”
- “I consider different options”
- “I want /choose to do…”
- “What can I do today?“
- “This just happened, what can I do?”
Or you can choose to be a victim (I feel that I can’t control what happens to me and I don’t do anything to change it):
- “I’ll try it”
- “I am like this”
- “I can’t do anything about it”
- “This just happened, why me?”
